These Terms of Service govern your use of Kpopless, a free daily K-pop guessing game built and operated by an independent developer based in the United Kingdom ("I", "me", or "Kpopless"). By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kpopless. By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement. There is no account or registration required — the game is free to play without signing up.

2. What you can and can't do

You're welcome to play Kpopless for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the site
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the game or its code
Deliberately interfere with the site's operation or its hosting infrastructure
Use the site for any unlawful purpose

3. Music and audio content

All song previews and album artwork on Kpopless are served through the Apple Music API. This content belongs to the artists, labels, and rights holders — I don't claim ownership of any of it. 4. Your game data

Kpopless saves your daily progress (scores, streaks, guess history) in your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device — I don't have access to it and it isn't sent to any server. Anonymous, aggregated play statistics (guess counts, pass/fail outcomes per song) are collected for the purpose of running the site stats and the blog's most-played songs feature. 5. No warranties

Kpopless is a free hobby project provided as-is. I make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or continuity of the service. Daily puzzles may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. I'll fix problems when I can, but I can't promise a specific response time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Kpopless. The site is free to use — your use of it is entirely at your own risk.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be noted in the About page changelog. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
